Do you have low blood pressure readings?
As you've discovered elsewhere on this site there is no one fixed ideal blood pressure reading.

Blood pressure readings vary in all of us on a day by day basis - and even at different times of any given day.
Your blood pressure can go up or down quite markedly and some of the print outs from twenty four hour
blood pressure monitors show this very clearly.

The fact that your blood pressure reading is low at one point in the day does not mean that it will remain low
for the whole twenty four hour period but if your readings are consistently low then you are likely to experience
symptoms as a result.

Low blood pressure readings

Low blood pressure readings by definition

Low blood pressure readings are less than 90 / 60

In some people, only one of the numbers will be low, while the other remains in the normal range giving a
reading such as 85 / 64 or 92/ 50. It's open to debate whether these count as low blood pressure and in
general the answer will depend on whether the patient is symptomatic or not.
